How to order:
Please upload the note you wish to be engraved in the "Upload Photo" section. Notes are preferred in BLACK ink on SOLID white paper (NO LINES).
The ornament is a clear acrylic ornament that comes with rechargeable USB cord.
The ornament WILL NOT be charged upon arrival to you.
Due to personalization and custom orders, there will be no refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, or if we are at fault, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of order and we will make an exception.
Order lead time is 10 BUSINESS days, but we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible!
