Care Instructions:

Our leather patches are crafted from 100% Full Grain Leather, bringing durability and style to every hat. To ensure your custom cap stays looking great, please note the leather patch is not machine washable. For best results, spot clean only with a damp cloth and let air dry. This way, your tween's custom cap will continue to make a statement for years to come.

The current processing time for our custom hats is 2 weeks plus shipping time.

*How to care for your hat*

 Avoid washing with water ( washing machines, dishwashers etc ) Do not submerge in water. 
Patch can be cleaned with a soft towel by simply rubbing with a small amount of leather oil
Sweatband, brim and mesh can be cleaned with soap and water, by hand only.

For that reason we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty, in which case we will ask that the item be sent back to us for inspection and a refund issued if we are at fault.
