Turnaround Time:

It is our goal to get orders out as quickly as possible however, considering most of our products are custom orders and they take longer to make, our standard lead time is 2 weeks.

Returns/Exchanges:

Since all of our items are custom and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us at info@fancyfrontporch.com within 3 business days and we will respond accordingly.

Hat Care:

Our leather hat patches are 100% real genuine leather and are not machine washable.  You can wipe them with a damp cloth and spot clean the hat, but please do not put the hat or beanie in the washing machine.
